Based in Brighton, Seen Talent Academy comes from our Seen Talent Founder’s passion to teach performing arts and finding the best talent.
Our agents use the workshops to find new and exciting talent, although representation can’t be guaranteed.

We are flexible, affordable, and we provide you with all the necessary tools to become a professional actor.

Our sessions are taught by Seen’s main Agent, Gigi, and will have the collaboration of other industry professionals (Directors, Casting Directors, Playwrights and more).

Our acting academy is, above all, a journey designed for students to achieve their artistic goals, and we are committed that every actor who leaves SEEN ACADEMY is prepared to face the professional world.

We are always clear that our sessions have to be an exclusive space, with small groups, and that the students who are accepted will have to pass an audition in which their artistic abilities will, of course, be assessed, but also and very importantly their motivation and commitment with the work.

STA methodology

Our objective

for you is to learn to “not act” in order to achieve the credibility of your action. Getting the actor or actress "to be" on stage or in front of the camera and thus achieve an authentic and spontaneous performance (whether in film, television or theatre).

Sustained by emotions

impulses and sincere thoughts. All of this without dogmatism, offering a comprehensive coaching that is not ascribed to a single technique, but rather covers the different reflections that have marked interpretation since the beginning of the 20th century: from Stanislavski to Meisner.

Work with real scripts

carrying out a deep analysis of the scenes that are worked on during the sessions, with which the actor is intended to understand the lines of action of the same and discover the fundamental tools for the development of your work.

April Intensive Workshop
(1 day): STA Acting for Screen

  • This is an intensive acting workshop where your duologue will be filmed at the end of the day for

    showreel purposes.

    What to expect on the day...

    - Text analysis with real scripts

    - How to audition and a Q&A with a leading Casting Director

    - Finding your truth on screen using Meisner and Stella Addler’s techniques.

    - Working with the subtext

    - Your scene will be filmed at the end of the session for showreel purposes.

March-April Intensive Workshop
(5 days): STA Acting for Screen

  • This workshop focuses on finding your truth in front of the camera, working with real scripts and actions. We will work on the subtext, in listening to each other and to make interesting choices.

    This workshop will have Movement sessions and Q&A’s with industry professionals.

    A showcase will take place on the last day of the workshop.

  • This is a full 5 day course which participance are expected to come to every session.

(10 Month): Part Time

  • The only part-time acting program in the South-East.

    Do you want professional acting training but don't want/can't commit to full-time training? We are here for you.

    We understand life is busy, so our part-time program is perfect for you. With just two evenings a week for 10 months, you will learn all the necessary tools to become a confident actor ready for what the industry demands.

    Full training includes:

    History of the cinema
    Audition Preparation

    There will be a London and Brighton Showcase to industry professionals.
